The following buffs/nerfs are reasonable for my characters
Green Arrow:
better backdash (99% of the reason he gets punished)
FA stays 8% on hit, 2% on chip
EA stays 5% on hit but 1.5% on chip
IA does less scaling (it is sometimes as ridiculous as the shackles)
NA do 2% on hit, 1% on block or enemy gets slower on hit as long as the arrow is visible penetrates them (obviously can't stack it, but better pressure options)
trait arrows recovery slightly faster to allow 223 hold 4 dash pressure and 223 does a little more damage.
b1 now hits low but the entire b13 strings is now +5 on block. (sick of my mixups being blocked constantly, his b1 looks like a low for crying out loud)
j2 has a better hitbox (let's give him a poop j2 so you can't land it as consistently as Batman's after j3)
d2 and df2 have better recovery, allowing them to be viable antiairs, I absolutely sick jumping deathstroke's using their j3 all the time on me and me having no answer for it.
d1 is 6 frames (helps with the MMH matchup, I hate his irritating as hell 6 frame d1 when people thought GA's was problematic)
Lobo:
better backdash as his defensive tools are pretty poor
MB Hook Charge produces harder knockdown as much as MB Phase Charge. I hate how MMH gets the most tools (which are probably evenly distributed to other characters except for the simple fact that MB Phase is a 100% in guarantee for an interactable and no one has anything similar)
Sinestro:
b13 is +1 on block as it is his most used combo starter.
shackles scale less (it cheats me out of a lot of damage)
Make the MB meteor safe on block
Lex Luthor:
11 has better hitbox (it still misses everyone despite being mid)
Gravity Mine performs normal damage when pushblocked into.
trait shield level 1 no longer increases damage on hit. It is the most useless variation of the trait.
