THe plotline does but theirs a ton of big story stuff that is only found in books which I wouldn't have a problem with it affeccted the story at all. Ulfric working wtih the elves for instance is something you can find out in letters that ends up having no impact on the story which is just dumb.

I'm the same way. I loved but never finished GTA 4 or 5, Red Dead Redemption, etc. because I get so caught up doing side shit and exploring every nook and cranny. And I'm OCD I guess so I have to complete or upgrade or whatever I'm doing as much as allowed at the time before I move on.
Next thing I know, I've had a game a year and finished 20% of the main campaign. Funny, I still tell myself I intend on finishing them. Grown up shit doesn't help.
I played Skyrim when it was first released for PS3. I found it to be a buggy, glitchy, mess of a game.
I had dragons that didn't burn up after killing them.
I had quests that I couldn't turn in due to the quest givers glitching out when I went to turn them in.
After successfully picking a lock in a dungeon my character proceeded to sink through the game world into a vast, blue space of nothing when I opened the door.
I watched a horse kill a dragon. The game was basically playing itself at that point.
I watched a dog kill a dragon. See above.
Anytime I would try to swim for any length of time the game would straight-up freeze and force me to restart my whole system.
After completing the entire quest chain for The Companions and becoming the leader of The Companions, I still had NPCs asking me if I was the bitch of the group. This killed any sense that I was actually affecting the game world in any meaningful way.
Several times, particularly when leaving/entering dungeons, the game would freeze on the load screen and I would have to restart.
Every merchant had the same voice and said the exact same things.
One time, when I was chopping wood in the first town in the game, tree random NPCs walked up to me and started attacking. I had no negative penalties due to law breaking or anything like that, and I hadn't done very many quests. I was just chopping wood for easy cash and three dudes just thought to themselves, "See that guy? Fuck that guy." This is more of a fun anecdote than a complaint, though.
I can't speak for the updates/hotfixes, or the expansions, but I had put weeks into the game and at the end of all of it, I felt as though I hadn't actually accomplished anything due to nothing in the game world actually changing because of my actions.
BUT...
The Deadric quests were pretty great. Making my own weapons/armor was fun. So, that's a plus.

I'm guessing I alluded to your Batgirl downplaying in the stream chat and how you blame Batgirl's results on top players' inabilities to learn the match-up. I'm pretty sure I named you at the beginning when talking about the Rico-Sonic Fox match and Sonic Fox's comeback right as you were downplaying Batgirl and getting giddy about the potential result.

I do not blame Batgirl's results on top players' inabilities to learn the match-up, because occasionally some of them actually do some of the things that help and they end up coming closer to winning than others do. Another assumption just to appease your falsities.
Let it be known that I think, and you can quote me on this (not that you will because noone ever backs up any argument referring to me "downplaying" with any quotes or any evidence actually), that I think Batgirl gets the results she does because her comeback factor is bullshit in a good way, because her corner game is bullshit in a good way, because her toolset makes the opponent have to guess while she retains a meter advantage and gives her at least above average damage anywhere on the screen. I think she gets results because when she opens up the opponent she has access to an overpowering tool that has an imbalanced risk/reward factor. I think Batgirl gets the results she does because Batgirl's toolset makes it hard for the opponent to make a comeback themself and because her broad range of tools forces the opponent to play against more cautiously and one mistake forces them to deal with her vortex again.

The "I have no options" is obviously a Wound Cowboy thing. Just why on earth you thought I was referring to you, I have no idea. It was a joke since he has a reputation for being a downplayer. Neutral game struggles, I think, was initiated by Sonic Fox of all people. So again, why do you think this was a dig at you?
As far as the quote from the chat, I don't know if the word you used is shortcomings, but you definitely alluded to the fact, as you always do, that many aren't playing the match-up right and that's why they're losing to Batgirl. the biggest problem with the argument of comparing kombat network to a restaurant is that you pay for that good. you may say that if they are going to provide that service that it should be held to a certain standard, so if that service was no longer provided would that be a better option.
