I'm breaking into this thread because, well, I follow your guys scene and hope to see you continue to grow.

But, uh...wtf is going on in here? Some cray cray stuff is getting thrown around.

Also, real rap, I'm MTLs best player because this one time, a French Canadian chick and I engaged in some pretty heavy petting after a night of wine in a box and she said I was da bes'. Sorry MTL, step up yo game.

We are trying to get our egos out of the way before MKX comes out and we truly become a community with the full intention of leveling up together.

We just need to bitch and moan at each other first in order to develop the clear pecking order that comes out of most communities. Since we are still relatively young in the scene it hasn't been entrenched quite yet. Once a community overloads on toxicity it becomes immune to it ya know?

A respectable goal for the future. I like you guys, so I hope it turns out. If I can make a suggestion as an outsider who has been a part of the growing pains of a scene....just worry about getting people to play. All the skill gaps sort themselves out.

The true skill comes when a lower level player can admit their short comings, and instead of being a cancer in the locker room, works with a higher skill player to improve themselves.

Further, best or worst "in the scene" is irrelevant. At least imo. What matters is that you all have each others backs when it's needed. Can't grow if it's getting chopped down from within.

Honestly, I don't know what happened there. I made a misworded post and everything blew the hell up. Ideally we can work through our issues, and when we are at the scene there's nothing going on. Frankly I think we get bored when we're not playing and start to blow each other up for no particular reason.

We have actual plans to move forward as a scene (like traveling!) but in this interim period where people have finals/holiday things going on we don't have much to do but bitch and moan at each other. Luckily it has been established we all have relatively thick skins for stuff like this.

Personally I think that blowing people up for anything over a fighting game sucks and that people let their emotions run too high for this game, but people prioritize different things.

I'm heavily considering him as either a co-main or maining him completely. Not a tier whore thing (mostly) but AM suits my playstyle like a glove

The C-sword comment, I don't even want to comment on, because if you think his execution is the BEST in Montreal, you seriously need to rethink some shit.

No one here has an ego as far as I know, I also know @Ecodus didn't mean anything about Zaf and myself considering we don't even show up to locals at all. I also know we don't need to prove anything at a local since we traveled for the game for over two years, so that's whatever.

If you want someone to play a top tier character and "be a top player", then just do it yourself and stop asking someone else to. Krys is playing a top character, and raping all of you, I don't know if that's because he's just that much better than you all, or if the character really just dominates yours, but if you want to stop losing then counterpick or seriously get better.

Like it's 2014 and people STILL don't AA in MK9 at all, when I played T.Roll (sorry to use you as an example), this dude got hit by so many Jax AA's it's retarded, and all i did was shimmy back and forth. This all needs to change for when MKX drops, because I want everyone in Montreal to be good, but don't take it personally if I say something you do is shit, because it most likely is shit and I just want to see you get better.
