40-50 bucks a day to take a bus sounds insane and so is having to take a 3 hour bus ride. I think it is better to assume his bus ride is 2 hours top. This means he wakes up at 4:30 and takes 1 hour and a half to get ready to leave at 6 (Ra takes his time to prepare for us mortals). That makes it so that if he leaves at 6 and takes a 2 hour bus he will arrive at 8 for the standard 8 to 5 shift. But now this scenario can't explain his ludicrous arrival time of 9:30. I can explain this by saying that the Sun God devours a meal at a far away luxury restaurant every time after work and takes a long time to finish his plate . (Helios eats pretty slow in order to taste every drop). 2 hours to get to the restaurant and finish eating plus the 2 hours of bus travel to get home makes it so that he gets home at 9. The other 30 minutes come from him standing at the bus spamming contributing his tech and ideology to TYM.

Ok don't team up on him guys. I can confirm that ra helios has a job. He starts this week and everything he said was true. He will be working Monday thru Friday, 7am to 5/5:30pm. He must take the bus to get to and from work and if u have never ridden a bus thn u wouldn't understand when I say YES it could take up to 3 hours just to get to one destination depending on the distance when riding a city bus. @Cossner @Vocket

Ra is working as a certified welder, which I somehow doubt makes minimum wage.

You guys need to stop being such assholes just because you don't like the guy.

Ra can come off as an asshole, but it's in relation to the game, nothing else.

Ok murk. I appreciate the defense you are giving him, but now can you please play logic police and help him see WHY he is getting ganged up on?

I mean. The dud asks for it. His posts are just gangupable (fuck you grammer police)

He's getting ganged up on because he's adamant about his opinion(s).

He may not have the best way of going about expressing his opinion or receiving criticism from others, but he doesn't take it to the level some of you are.

As eldriken had stated, ra comes off as a ass but at the same time, he keeps it all at a video game level until you and others attack him past the level of video gaming which ALWAYS leads to something like this. Ignore him if he really gets you all in your wittle feelings. Its not like he's taking things to a personal level.

lets back up here...don't lump me in with those who are ganging up. I posted a gif of Gallagher smashing a watermelon and Ra Helios goes ape shit on me. (If you didn't read his post please go back and do so).

Don't get it twisted Eldriken. This man is being a condescending prick to everyone. That is why he gets treated this way...and its not even by me. I'm just calling it the way I see it.

Point is man he gets attacked by talking trash on a GAMING level. I mean let's be honest here. Why hasn't ra gotten banned from here multiple times when he is being a "prick" to ppl (as you stated)??? If he's that mean of person to some ppl on here, why hasn't he got banned??? What is he saying to ppl that is sooooooooo bad?

you focus on "prick"...when the real issue is the condescending nature of his posts and the reason why people gang up on him. I didn't say he should be banned lol...not even part of the conversation. No one gets banned for condescension.

tell me you see it at least...for my own sanity tell me you see WHY people act the way they do. I'm not saying either part is right or wrong but you have to see both sides.

Trash talk brings hype until it goes too far meaning to where you attack someone outside of gaming or any competitive hobby, etc. If trash talk is something you don't like thn playing the game/hobby wouldn't be as fun as it could. Sometimes things should get a lil juicy.

I do see from both sides trust me. Ra talks trash and says things that don't make sense when he types, so it annoys some ppl. I get it.

And I didn't say u wanted him banned. I was just speaking in general because ppl make him out to be sooooooo bad so I was just wondering why he hasn't gotten banned.

Isn't it kind of...healthy for a game to have disputable tiers? Clearly Catwomans placement has been mostly dictated by 16 Bit.

Can we all just think for a second that Bit may have a reason to downplay her?

Just because another Catwoman player think she is in a different tier is not a reason to Lynch a guy. I am stuck here with these debates. 16 Bit and "others" who have not been named say she is C-. I honestly have no idea where Catwoman goes because I don't play her. Most people posting here aside from Bit and Helios are in the same boat. That means we are really all uninformed, or siding with someone elses opinion. If we are siding with someone elses opinion, then I don't think we can argue the matchup. Only Bit can since he is the only one that carries weight with it.

Even then, if he does argue it until he is blue in the face, Helios is probably still going to say she is in a different tier because he believes just as strongly as Bit does.

So, what the fuck does it matter?

TLDR version of my above post:

Everyone arguing against RA is not really giving matchup breakdown knowledge or discussing why she belongs in C. They are saying that 16 Bit says she belongs there, therefore she is.

That would be extremely frustrating for someone who believes she is higher.

I am not saying all of his posts are wonderful, not at all lol, but he is keeping it game related....however misguided that can be at times.

Wait wait wait, what's with this ganging up thing. I'm asking him why doesn't he go to locals. He says he works from 4:30 to 9pm. I question the logic of the post. @EMPR_MURK comes and clears things up even though RaHelios lied about the hours, and the fact that he hasn't started yet.

How is that ganging up? How is questioning the logic of some statements ganging up @Eldriken

Also if you're willing to take a 3 hour bus to go to work every day, why hasn't he been willing to take one to go to a local in the past year and a half?

No, actually, we can't. Considering he never downplayed Kitana (it's funny because you'll point out that he used to, except it was interpreted as downplaying because he was saying she wasn't top 5, which was later proven to be true, so yeah), or Killer Frost when he first played her.

By your logic, everyone has a reason to downplay their character, so the people who ostensibly should have the most trustworthy opinion about a character (ie the most successful representatives), are actually not because they have reasons to downplay in order to inflate their credentials and skill levels?

Can we just admit people who side with Ra Helios or rationalize his claims (which genuinely lack any substance or logic, regardless of poor grammar) are his online training partners or people who have issues with his main rivals? Yeah, I think we can all (and by all I mean excluding the gang that sides with Ra) agree on that.

PS: Anyone who calls what's going on with Ra "bullying" is reaaaaaaally using the term loosely. It's actually an insult to people who actually get bullied. And yes, I'm aware of Cyberbullying and no, this is not it.

BTW how people haven't realized ra helios is really just a troll account is beyond me..
