Well I'd buy the game, test the online connection, and if it sucks, I return the game and put my money in a company that cares about it's players.Simply, because they care and want a better online experience for their supporters. It can't be argued that there wasn't any improvement from mk9 online to injustice online. They are aware this is an issue but I think trying to scare their potential sales with a petition isn't a valid way to express your concern. Even then, how will you know if online is better without giving them your money first? You going to wait for other peoples' opinions? Most people will get the game on release night. I know my preorder copy is waiting on me. Good online or trash, im in either way
What an absurd notion. Do you really think NRS has the answer to all their netcode problems and simply chooses not to employ them because they don't care about their customers enough?Well I'd buy the game, test the online connection, and if it sucks, I return the game and put my money in a company that cares about it's players.
If you care about the online so much, then it's the right thing to return the game if online is bad. Saying they don't care won't affect them, returning the game though, will say more than wordsWell I'd buy the game, test the online connection, and if it sucks, I return the game and put my money in a company that cares about it's players.
That's just plain brainless. If NRS haven't shown you they care with all the unnecessary crap they do like mkkollective.com and over-supporting the small NRS competitive scene, then you're just flat out selfish.Well I'd buy the game, test the online connection, and if it sucks, I return the game and put my money in a company that cares about it's players.
Yeah, get a better one.20/5 mostly, wired
20/5 is perfectly fine. Even my "shitty" connection speeds are good enough to where games with good netcodes will give me flawless experiences.Yeah, get a better one.

It's fine. I can play Injustice. MK9 is unbearable.Yeah, get a better one.
That doesn't mean the online connection will actually be good though, they're just saying they have good online content. They can say the connection will be good, but testing in-house is far different than releasing it worldwide. I have faith. They have already stated that the online environment and features are a huge selling point in MkX.
If NRS cared, they would spend ONE day and release a small patch that would fix MK9!!Some of you are so naive that it's disturbing.
They have already stated that the online environment and features are a huge selling point in MkX. They know well the netcode is the biggest complaint for Mk9 and Injustice. They're trying their damn best and constantly remind us how high a priority online is to them and how hard they're trying.
We ALL want better netcode, including them, but to say shit like:

This isn't a game like Minecraft or Starcraft that runs at a low pixel rate so making a 60frame per second online is cake. Those games also are primarily PC. This also isn't Call of Duty where people are more inclined to just deal with lag skips and frame drops because the nature of the game.
Fighting games designed for consoles and run at 60fps and 1080p with high pixel rates are much much much harder to make lagless and perfect. KI has been able to do it somewhat but they're seriously the first.
I think it's more to do with WB than NRS. I know it sounds simple for them to just 'fix it', but it's a lot more complicated than that, and expensive. If NRS cared, they would spend ONE day and release a small patch that would fix MK9!!
You cared enough to visit and comment. How old are these people making these threads? No one cares.
No one cares of the situation you're proposing. It's childish to do so. NRS doesn't set goals to make an inferior product, who sits there and says "Hey I'm going to try to purposely make my game have shitty online", they try their best to optimize it, if it doesn't work, well, they try to fix it. And it's not that bad, it's playable, if you want a on the dot experience, play offline. I don't think this generations of console will ever get good net-play because too many variables exist, people have different internet speeds and distances. You cared enough to visit and comment.
If you really cared, you wouldn't say anything. So why don't you just stay quiet?![]()
Am I seriously going to have to explain this to you.....No one cares of the situation you're proposing. It's childish to do so. BUT keep in mind Xbox One is running on SERVERS. That is the only silver lining.
You can go offline, or get better internet.
Suck it up.
I sometimes get almost 0 lag. Not often though. I'm an English PS3 user and play against usa players btw.EU vs USA and no lag? That's not possible bro.
