If you wanna ft5 then you're more than welcome to fly to the UK & play me locally, but that online shit is awful these days, even you can admit that.

Ya i been working alot mainly on my upper chest, I take the criticism to heart. Makes me wanna work harder! Appreciate it! #takeitrespectfully
no problem, it's a super common problem among a lot of guys. Too many young dudes looking to get big only wanna try and bench the moon not realizing they're missing out on tons of upper stimulation

I do alot more than bench tho. I do upper body every day. One day Wil be strictly upper body. Next day upper body and chest. Next day upper body and abs. Then mix with leg and arms. No matter what its always getting hit. My biggest obstacle is my endurance. I amgetting ready for the Spartan race. My friend had gone through the savage race recently and completely it fully. And gave me the push I needed to really get myself in a state of fitment I have never seen before! You should check out the Spartan and savage races. One of the most intense challenges a man could ever do!
