Or, you know, XBL has a more robust communications system. I mean, in general, I find more people have mics and more people frequently send out messages because it's a lot easier to access recently played or friend's list. Has nothing to do with general maturity level.

I don't follow you... PSN has Players Met, and the same menu bar as your friends. Since you mentioned mics, is there any reason the mic on the PS Eye wouldn't work in MK?

I was against Ermac as Noob

I comboed him to the other side of the screen and threw a running shadow.
He blocks high and just keeps standing there with block.
So i throw some slides...and he's still just letting himself just get hit by them. When I DONT THROW THEM, hes just blocking high.
I do this until i win the round because he refuses to block low.
HE RAGEQUIT.
Sends me a message, "Wow you cheater doing the same move over and over again"
I sent him, "Block low."

He says (and im not joking), "You are a cheater and Ive reported you to xbox live. Blocked and ignored."

I was like WTF
