This was super fun. I've never played in a tournament for any game before so it was cool to make it to the finals....fuckin' Kung Lao, man....fuckin' Kung Lao.

Dude, you know I might just switch to Scorpion after last Saturday. I'm pretty damn disapointed with how Stryker's only true answer to alot of the projectiles is either wave~dash block or roll.

I live to support the MK scene, but 48 hour notices dont help at all. I feel bad as anyone.

That's alright, I'll let this one slide this time. Someone has to rep SRK and if it aint you or LuckyDay then it's probably me in MK9.

Glad to see some non MK guys taking an interest in the game though, and good job placing in the money.

Some of those Smash guys are decent, but I'm gonna say this for the Test Your Might Lurkers.



So we have a game night at Zenos from like 5 PM to Closing (or earlier depending on the population) on Weds for a bunch of fighting games.
It's usually SSFIV, King of Fighters, and Marvel 3 which is what you'll see me hitting at most of the time, but lately some of us have been getting into some Mortal Kombat 9. Going to channel the soul of Tim Static here and say that ' we could turn MK9 into that old new new crack ' here in Kolumbus. I'd love to see some more TestYourMight Players / lurkers out here on Game nights since PSN is down. Helps us as a whole get better.

@Tim: There's been a little talk of having another game night at Zeno's. If you really want to and think there'll be enough people to do it (25$ minimum per night iirc), then you can talk to DJ or Clint about it.

Head warning though, we're dealing with this creepy as hell kid named Karate Lincoln / Brian right now from the SRK side. Luckily, he's a marvel player and not an MK9 player, however you see a kid with an MLP laptop, i would avoid talking to him at all cost.
