Yes, yes, YES!! I honestly think he's broken in a good way and a bad way (hence some MU's) . He needs some buffs and some nerfs. He's not balanced enough. Too many plus frames that are just unnecessary IMO. But I don't know a huge amount about NW or have tons of experience.

NW players don't represent in tourney as much. The character's flaws heavily outweigh his positives. He's solid mid-tier.

He's at somewhat of a disadvantage. He can counter zone really good

I think what hurts NW the most is his ability chase his opponent down on a life deficit and to maneuver around the interactables of the game.
