When we play you don't usually get to 40% damage. And when you do it's nearly always in staff mode.
I'm not sure that's entirely fair. Batman needs trait to do that without meter. Nightwing's trait works differently.
All Batman needs is a bar to get to 40% which was the point of my last post.
