Just a quick question: When a character gets a trailer how far (in %) is he/she completed?

no magic %, just when they have enough far along stuff that is in a presentable state.
hard to say with fighting games sometimes things can seem 80% complete but then a someone can have a great idea (or be nuts) and almost all of it gets redone.
