Oh jeeze, I thought you were serious at first lol. I have to play on a 360 pad on PC atm and it's horrible. Inputs are being dropped and it's hard to dash cancel consistently, causing me to get caught by all kinds of attacks.I'd highly recommend the Xbox 360 pad, it's a quality product that gives every gunning fighting game player the competitive edge!
Oh wait, you want to win? Never mind...
damn thats some money to be spending , how easy are they to learn , i really want one but dont wanna buy it then not want it
I have made 2 hitboxes. They are not difficult to adapt too and they are my preferred controller for NRS games because of how they rather poorly implemented controls. Movement will be your biggest challenge. However, I personally don't like the official hitbox controllers because the box is not wide enough to contain my hands (My palms hang off the edge), it does not have a cable compartment which has led to damaged usb cables from wrapping around the cable around the box, and it does not have a mic port. I made both of mine, one out of wood and one from a Madcatz tekken tag 2 stick I got on sale for $40.00 when Madcats was having a sale. It has a metal panel and acrylic top so it is is pretty sturdy.damn thats some money to be spending , how easy are they to learn , i really want one but dont wanna buy it then not want it
ordering one now 8D its so cheap!!I don't use pad anymore but I was doing quite well with this one: http://stores.horiusa.com/xbox-360-gem-pad-onyx/
What I needed was an amazing D-pad, and great buttons, and this pad took the cake. The d-pad is very precise and has a little bit of a lip to the very edges of each direction sou you can get a confirmation that you hit it clearly. The buttons are responsive. And the "trigger" buttons are not analog, they are click buttons, that way you don't have to worry about hitting it far in enough to register the command, you get a click and you know you hit the trigger. The size of it is about the same size as a playstation controller, and they make it for both xbox and ps. Highly recommended
i like the ps 2 pad but theres just button issues , sometimes it wont press or the analogue freaks out an gets stuck in one direction makes me so saltyI use a PS2 pad Adapter and love it on both PS3 and Xbox 360
I have a ps360+ in there with the mic cable and usb cable in the cable compartment.@chemist4hire
nice. what did you use for the guts? i got an akishop PS360+ in mine. cable detatches, has a spot for mics.
@fr stack
if you're coming from a pad there is a little bit of a learning curve. like chemist said movement will be the biggest issue at first. i'd recommend trying one first if you can. if you cant, take a chance on one. if you dont like it they're easy enough to re-sell.
