I've had long discussions with Youphemism about Injustice. I understand the game it's me adpating to the game I'm having trouble with. This thread makes a lot of sense already, so much that it is information I know. Character selection is my only problem.

A lot of people have several characters they have been through. You just get stale playing the same character over and over. I finally got bored with Batman and picked up Aquaman. But you retain all the combos and moves you've done over and over. So eventually you have a few characters down well.

There really isn't a character I can think of thats similar to Smoke. There are plenty of resets to be had, and a few characters have teleport.

I think I'll just try and keep it kompletely different from Mortal Kombat and find a character that I really like. I play sub and smoke differently so I'm sure adding another style of playing won't hurt.

Actually, thinking about how you play (lame that is) Martian/Aquaman might be your option but of course just play everyone, mess about with their strings, watch high level play and see if you like their combos and then decide if you want to play them

I wouldn't recommend MMH as your first character. His zoning and combos are more of the difficult ones in the game. Aquaman is ez pz though

This is merely a shot in the dark, but you may like Killer Frost. She is a force to be reckoned with, and has some tools similar to that of Sub Zero.

I don't know looking back on MK vs DC ya it's terrible but I had fun when I was playing it. Maybe it's cuz I was playing Flash though

Verily, whats the general consensus on which games better, from the hardcore fighting community, MK9 or INJUSTICE? Or are they too different and you cant really say.

Personally I love Injustice more, because it felt like a refined fighting game with our favorite heroes as a kid.
