His ice puddle needs to come back and might I add that I personally liked his tombstone teleport from MK vs DC (forget if it was in others, been too long). Furthermore, his ex teleport should freeze opponents and can be used after being frozen first, but it acts as Scorpion's last hit on his ex (mk9) to replace the freeze. Ex ice puddle freezes them in place like Grundy's floor hands (don't know name).

Next he should have an overhead ice freeze as well like in MK3. Ex makes it rains ice and if you get hit, you freeze. Or have it be like his ice rock and except there's 3 (shang tsungs top down fireballs) and its unblockable.

Ice clone stays the same, but ex will either give you ice armor for 2 hits or it gives you ice skin for X amount of time. I can't decide, but the ice skin sounds cooler. For those who don't know, ice skins is where if I get hit, you will freeze.

Slide is normal and ex freezes the floor behind him so if the opponent lands on it, they will freeze or slip like puddle and leave you free for a combo.

Lastly would be ice ball. Normal as always, but ex sends a spike of ice that can hit overhead.

Honorable mention: in the MK movie, sub was making this ice dome which was freezing everything in it path before being killed by Liu Kang. Well if this were in I'd say normal might act as a shield agains projectiles, but can be broken (if there's a trait or something, maybe) and ex would act as an ice blast freezing everything in its path.

That's all I can think of at the moment.

I just want Mileena's classic sai throw animation back, and not the god awful one they gave her in MK9.

1. Scorpion's Forward,4,3 linkable into a Spear as a 3 hit combo launcher.
2. Scorpion's Spear Attack to be able to shoot out diagonally like Injustice: Gods among Us Batman's Sky Grapple.
3. Scorpion's normals just as fast as characters like Cage's, Kang's, and Sonya's and to be able to apply pressure properly.
4. Scorpion's Demon Fire to be linkable as a combo launcher.
5. Shorter recovery time for his Spear Attack if blocked. (Not to be misinterpreted as safe on block)
6. Give Scorpion back his Inner Flames move like he had in MK vs DC, but able to enhance it by setting the entire ground (full screen) on fire both on his left side and right side when using meter burn.

SUB-ZERO
1. Sub-Zero's Ground Freeze to have faster start up and linkable mid combo.
2. Sub-Zero's Ice Slide as fast as Injustice Gods Among Us Killer Frost's Slide.
3. Sub-Zero's Ice Ball faster on start up and be able to cause damage by frostbite burn upon contact.
4. Sub-Zero enhanced Ground Freeze similar to Scorpion's both left and right sides full screen enhanced Inner Flames move (6. above) and cause frostbite burn upon contact aside from being a combo launcher.
5. Ice Ball able to freeze normal projectiles (not enhanced projectiles).

i've never understood the appeal of the invisibility cloak moves. What good does it do?
Makes it MORE difficult for the person to see them(example even though you can still somewhat see them) it's harder to see which highs and lows they're doing, plus it looks cool.

I've gone cloaked tons of times with Smoke, do low pokes or kicks then mix it up with 3, 2 launcher.

I want her d1 to be the same as it is in MK9...

Nice. I totally agree with the Ice Puddle teleport(thought I was the only one who actually thought that was a cool move) no pun intended lol.

And totally should get his ice rock move back, ice shower or his MK A ground shower move. Combine that with his ice blast, slide and clone. He'll be good again. Maybe even his ground freeze but only if it doesn't take 1000 frames to shoot lol. Hmm you mean his EX ice puddle grabs/freezes them from below like a combination of Grundy's swamp hands and Sub's move from MKA? The ground shower ice move. Hmm good idea!

I had an idea with his EX clone, instead of lasting little longer have it explode and do damage if you're close to it.(like a bomb in a sense)

SCORPION
-Should have an anti-air spear, pretty much exactly the same as Batman's anti-air grappling hook. Slams them to the ground on the other side, if you EX it then it will bounce them for a follow up combo
-Otg spear, after you achieve a successful hard knockdown on your opponent you can jump in the air and spear them (similar to MKX trailer)
-Can take off mask mid-match and gain the ability to exhale fire (similar to MK4.) Maybe after taking off his mask it stays off for the rest of the match, he gains a couple new special moves but takes more damage from his opponent's attacks.
 
I would love to see kung lao still have his divekick in MKX. It has so many uses and it looks cool.

Rain needs to have a better lightning move, maybe something like smokes smoke bomb, instead it doesn't launch but is a very good full screen tool like from the deep.

raiden needs a lightning beam like attack, like black adams emperor hands. It should have a lot of range and pretty fast, kinda like shang tsung soul steal but faster.

I want Ermac's Air Blast input to be D2 in the air with a bigger vertical hitbox so he can do it faster so it functions like a divekick hitting close crouching opponents

And I like the idea of a faster version of his unblockable ground pound, it could be an air move instead to punish reckless dash/jump ins.

-Rough n' Tumble: An unblockable command grab with 2 hits of armor. Havik bear-hugs you, and suplexes you behind him, unnaturally bending his back behind him, causing opponent to land on their head. EX: When enhanced, the impact pops the opponent up in the air for continued combo potential.
Sonya's cartwheel all over again...except this time unblockable.... I don't like this. I'm sure way too many people would bitch about something like this too. Just my opinion.

Sonya: I'd love for her to have her Square Wave Punch back (db+1 notation makes most sense). In comparison to Kitana's Square Boost, it could be faster on start-up (15 frames as opposed to 20), at the expense of not being able to perform it in mid-air and doing slightly less damage (8% would do fine). EX version would do 13%, and grant armour from frame 1 (useful for escaping corners and whatnot). Her other specials are fine by me, though I wouldn't be fussed if Arc Kick was removed. And, tbh, EX Cartwheel needs to be nerfed (as do her normals). But I digress...

Mileena: Her sais should do a little extra damage, awesome though they are - 7% normally, and 11% for the EX version. As for her Leaping Neckbite, you know how when you have a dagger embedded in your opponent's back, it does more damage than normal? I'd really like it if the move did that much damage every time. :D

Kitana: Make Fake Out Kick cancellable by pressing block i.e. allow it to live up to its name a little more. EX Pretty Kick should also add a fourth kick to tack on an extra 4% damage. Also, change her Fan Toss - make the standing version do 4%, 4% and the air version do 7%.

Jade: Fix the damn bugs on her EX Glow so that it functions properly; also make it so that Jade only takes 75% the normal damage while it's active. At least 5 frames of start-up should be removed from her Boomerangs (also reduce their disadvantage on block), and 10 frames from her Staff Slam.

Sindel: Up the damage on her EX Hair Whip - possibly up to 17%. Make Step Up -4 on block. Also add in a new special move similar to her Sliding Foot Grab, whereby she slides towards her opponents, and if it connects she somersaults onto their back. It should hit low, do 10% damage and be unsafe on block. EX version could do 14% and be safe on block (also let it crouch under most projectiles).

Sheeva: If unblockable command grabs became a thing, then Grab N Punch should definitely be the first contender for such a status. For Ground Pound give the player an option to delay it for a while by holding down 4, thus throwing off your opponent's timing.

U4 to be a shit ton faster, like seriously. EVERYTHING she does(did) is(was) a gimmick as is.

She should get BG's cartwheel special, but not as dumb but still useful

CW's 333/33b2 would work for Mileena

Her specials should be significantly safer, on block in general. You can see them coming a mile away unless she sets you up for it and even so, all you have to do is stand block and she gets punished every time. For example, her roll should be cancelable.

And lastly, give her some damn armor. Seriously I can't imagine what acid trip the dumbasses at NRS had when her and Sindel received absolutely no armor other than a full bar xray and yet characters like Lao, Kenshi, and Kabal to name a few had armor AND meter for days

Oh yeah in that dream I had of MKX, Jade had a new sexy ass string that was a hybrid of Sonya's 44 and the ending of Jades 4f3 and it was special cancelable. Again it was a dream, but it was so vivid that I'll stand by believing it to be the future until I'm shown otherwise...

I think it'd be cool if Raiden had like a zoning lightning pillar attack. Similar to Quan Chi's close, mid, and far rune. Ex version could stun long enough to start a combo maybe, but definitely blockable. I'd also like to see him have better hi/lo mix ups and a teleport that he can't be grabbed out of during the move's animation.

Ok, so we all want returning characters from MK 9 and/or for just nostalgic or iconic reasons!

Sektor:

Normal Specials:

-Flame thrower-like MK 9's, safe on block, good range, good move to keep people at bay before rushing you down or as a combo finisher.

-Teleport Uppercut-Like MK 9's more or less, I don't think it needs any modifications.

-Seeking Missle returning but as a normal(not EX move): have it work like MK9's and MK3's did, but this time it MUST hit the opponent one way or another be it hitting them or if they block it. None of the magical disappearing shit ie timely Cyrax teleports neutralizing the missle....

-New move-Diagonal Missles: Replace the shower missles with this move. It'll work as an Anti Air move.

-Cloak:would work like a cloak, like MK 9's Reptile and Smoke where you can partially see him there but transparent.

EX versions:


-Have armor on his EX flame thrower, have it last also little longer with slightly farther range, safe on block.

-EX teleport make is SAFE on block with pushback with juggle on hit(like MK 9).

- However EX Seeker if it hits, stuns you with electric tazer like effect for free hit off a stun

-Diagonal EX move shoots 2 missles at once, one diagonally, one straight. Like Sindel's ex air fireballs from MK9 but reverse in a way or like Nightwolf's MK 9 ex bow ;)

-Clock is pure invisible, can't see him at all

Flame thrower : Safe on block ? Than it should have less recovery than in MK9.
Seeking Missle : If this would be a normal.... I think there should be a little reload time ( like Sub-Zero's ice clone ) or else U can put a endless unfair pressure.
Diagonal Missle : I kinda like that idea
Cloak : That would be nice too because they showed that in the MK9 story but he couldnt do that in the game, but I think it would make Sektor broken because you want his Ex teleport and flames both safe on block XD. With all of that you want Seeking missle's as a normal. Loll :p

But I like your idea's man. ;)
