Pokemon X and Y - Discussion/Friend Code Exchange

Sup guys, I don't have X or Y but I will be getting into OR and AS which will obviously be following the 6th gen meta, I have some questions about the Fairy type.

1) Who are the biggest advocates of Fairy Type attacks? STAB doesn't necessarily matter to me.

2) Are they usually physical or special?

3) Was there ever an adequate trivial explaination as to why they're weak to Steel types other than balance?
Absol, Mawile, Azumarill, Gardevoir, Sylveon, Florges, Alakazam, Gengar. They all learn Fairy type moves and most of them cover weak points pretty well. :)
There are really only three viable faory type moves not including pixelate users:
Moonblast- 90 bp 100% Special
Play Rough- 90 bp 90% physical
dazzling gleam- 8 bp 100% special

The first two are MOSTLY fairy exlusive with an exception or two, while the last is a TM that can be learned by quite a few useful pokes.

Steel caught a nerf from becoming neutral to dark and ghost, that's pretty much the only reason I think anyone has come up with haha.

We'll burn you all—that is your fate!
Could somebody supply me with a HA: Hawlucha, Avalugg, Heliolisk. Or their Pre evolutions if possible.

Mega Gardevoir, Mega Mawile and Sylveon are my favorite Fairies in the game.

Granbull, Azumarill and Florges for honorable mention.

Whimsicott and Klefki deserve the most annoying fairy award.

I prefer Dry skin Helio. Good on rain teams and he learns surf. Sturdy lugg seems cool
I want the HA just in case really. Dry Skin is probably good. Also Lugg's Ability are basically shit unless you run an Ice team. Like they are all bad.

Are ya' ready for MK11 kids?!

Thanks. I'm more interested in how to defend against Fairy types than anything because a certain Pokemon's strongest talking point was severely crippled by them. :( But this gives me some good ideas.

Does it have anything to do with this? :D

I absolutely LOVE the Fairy type btw. I'm about to make a Fairy team when I get bored with this Hail squad.
