he got top 8 anyway and thats a start. He still can win this thing, you never know with PL. His usual gameplan is to observe the competition and come back 10 times stronger. There was just no way he was going to win this with scorpion or doomsday. Batman seems like his best chance. The character hopping is what made him fall down imo, instead of leveling up, he took advantage of favorable matchups and never learned to play beyond his limits. Having that said he is up against 16 bit and ever since Final round, 16 bit seems like a top 3 player when it comes to injustices neutral game.

@Zyphox was correct another tourney PPJ didn't make it out of pools lol. I think Theo will win but I got money on PL so pls PL pull this one off!

Top 8 is going to be awesome to watch. So many great matches ahead. For those of you saying there is no MMH, I'm predicting PL uses MMH against 16 bit.

Despite Scorpion being trash(from what people say) PL's was looking pretty good, even in the matches he lost. I think he should flesh out that character and adopt his style to him, but PL really isn't a character loyalist anymore.

You are just retarded. If Reo wasnt at evo kabal wouldn't have taken second place. Much like Jupiter and Reo werent as this tournament.

The chars r retarded but you gotta know how to use them.

I really think Rahsaan has improved a lot. He displayed some good tech, such as the reset, against Max. But he intentionally cornered himself twice against debuff Bane as he was attempting a cross up. Max mashed wake up, activated trait, and the rest is history. You cannot make such awful decisions in tournaments. Use the space behind you to zone and run away, not attempt Zod's gimmicky offense.

I did not see Pig's fights. I am not sure what happened.

But Zod is not a bill. Zod players will win.

If REO weren't at EVO then he wouldn't have beaten PL and PL would have probably made it out of losers and reached the GF...with Kabal.

Seriously though, I know what you mean, but let's not forget that there were THREE Kabals in top 8 at EVO (REO, PL, Detroit).

Kabal was in top 16/32s across the globe for years, MMH shows up on the east coast when one of two guys is there.
