Send in a wall to set up for days and then Baton Pass it all onto a powerhouse. I'm sure it can't be that simple, but yeah lol. Couldn't you Baton Pass substitutes too?

As far as I knew it's still legal I don't think it's that broken honestly. What devastating walls can even learn baton pass? Umbreon is the tankiest thing I can think of that has it.
It's not a huge threat. If you let it get going it becomes dangerous, but yeah it's definitely mangable.

It's really not that bad, you just need priority, which is another reason why priority has become so much more important this gen. There are few baton pass teams I have trouble with honestly. I lead rotom and volt switch him out, which usually deals enough damage for me to bring in Talonflame and finish whatever poke is out off. This usually leads to an RQ. I really don't think it's as bad as everyone is making it out to be. Phazing is the next best option if you can't handle that. I don't like taunt as a counter because almost all baton pass teams have Espeon. Also, I need to get me some eeveelutions dammit loll. There are too many that are too good that I'm missing out on. Also, the easiest way to deal with stored power sweeps is to just send in a dark type I've found. Assault Vest T-Tar is perfect for it. It will be immune to stored power and can tank anything else as long as it isn't too buffed up in Sp. Atk.

In my opinion gliscor is S Tier in OU he might be the best pokemon I've ever used not in ubers and he's been good for awhile now. Toxic stall gliscor is great but I actually prefer Swords Dance,EQ, Poison Jab, Substitute with a Toxic Orb max ATK max DEF. But either way you can't go wrong and he great in doubles too.
