Flash is absolutely friggen ridiculous. 0 bad MUs, 6-4s or better half the cast, stupid wakeups, stupid damage, stupid oki, stupid corner game. I personally think he's second or third best in the game.

Other Bills include BG's cartwheel and scorpion's tele.
