The Problem is Defog is an HM only in DPP. And If memory serves you cannot send Pokemon with HM's to Black and White from those Games. Which means you cannot send them to X and Y

I think with PokeGen you can set where the pokemon originated from, including the earlier games. I think in Gen 5 defog lost its HM status, so if u send a gen 4 mon with HM defog to to gen 5, then to gen 6 finally, it would work i think this way. i have a defog zapdos currently
