BG will not since while she has a teleport that is a down>down command, against her I try to do it in such a way that if she does do a teleport, I can land and block, then punish.

Fuck Zatanna though. That character by design shits all over Joker...

For reference I think it's best after a F3 to do NJ 2 > B13 lift. The d2 will scale it hella.

Idk, GL forum has always been obsessed with "true otg's" or "true vortexes" where everything short of an unblockable wake up stuffing set up is worthless.

instead, GL should be concerned with what are "effective mix ups" on a match-by-match basis.
