I lurk 99.9% of the time on this site, and I was so replused by this garbage thread that I had to log in.


Holy SHIT this thread makes me uncomfortable. The chuck norris crap became unfunny about a week after it started, YEARS ago. Get off of this dude's dick. I respect everything he has done for MK, but this just comes across as pathetic and extremely nerdy. Jesus christ almighty, I legitimately have puke in my mouth.

Is easily one of the most misunderstood persons in the Competitive Gaming Industry
Attracts more trolling/hate than Idra even though though their personalities are nothing alike
Has a sad disposition of helping promote games and having everyone stab him in back based on hearsay/incomplete information than talking to guy to face to face


The way I see it its this thread is in good fun and hes kinda an MK celebrity of sorts, so its not to be taken seriously.

Its when your cross the line and spread false rumors about him getting certain people that have/had direct contact or relevance to his gaming career that crosses the line.

I have met him once at ECT3 and found him to be a nice guy. He always seemed willing to chat with anyone who came up to him and offer ideas. On a side note, he was also overheard being very cocky. After playing his first 5 matches in his pool, and winning, he left the hall and went to hang outside. So, his next game was coming up and someone ran to get him and his response was "Ill be there, not like im going to lose". So maybe as an outsider I may find him to be a bit full of his ability at the game. BUt that doesnt take away from the fact that, when confronted, he seemed like a really cool guy. WE all have our days and I sense a lot of hate for him for some reason. I dont find it all justified, but can understand it given what I experienced.

If this thread is honest-to-goodness nuthugging of the highest order, then we all heard you guys loud and clear. It's embarassing, but to each his own. Mission accomplished, THREAD SHOULD BE CLOSED.

If this thread was started as a purely sarcastic attempt to talk shit without really admitting so, then that's fucked up, AND THE THREAD SHOULD BE CLOSED.

Don't know what happened to the quote but its messed up. My point should be understood anyway.

Its strange because from what I've seen its true. Idra is an ass but I'd be pissed if I practiced for 12 hours a day only to get beaten by some cheese all in strategy a lot too. Although Tom Brady never seems to show any sort of anger or animosity towards anyone yet people hate him for switching characters? Like if he's the reason you decided to go with sub zero then its a pretty weak excuse in my opinion. I'm not about to insert a Chuck Norris joke, I've seen them already. But how about this: Tom Brady, the most interesting man in the world. Stay salty, my friends.

I don't get why people hating on the thread. if you don't like it, don't post on it. There's a lot of shit going on everywhere and you don't see everyone going everywhere and sayin "boo hoo thiz iz st00pid". Just give it up and let them have their fun, it's not like directly affects you.
Maybe some time later we'll make a thread about you so you can laugh a bit. Nothing too serious.
