Yeah I think I'm gonna just do a strength build this time I never do that, always did dex and magic hybrids. I did beat the giant that likes to beat you with his arm, fight reminded me of the knight from Demons Souls. lol I'm just gonna take my time and enjoy this game, since in between I gotta put in practice for CW next month, but I am having a blast with this game. The game's control less stiff and restrictive than the original did. You can't 100% play it like in did in DS or Dem Souls for that matter. I was hesitant on the warp idea thinking it would kind of devalue the game a bit, but its a very welcome change.
Spoilers don't typically bug me regardless of me knowing what's around the next corner I still have to turn that corner and see and experience it all for myself.
What console? Xbox live had universal issues yesterday until they announced it was fixed.sooooo I can't log in to the Dark Souls 2 servers and the lack of info on google makes it seem like I'm an isolated case

You won't die much if you're patient, and good at whiff punishing. It's touted as a game you die a lot in, but obviously that doesn't sound very fun. Rest assured, there's more to all 3 of the souls games than that. And each one of the game's is easily one of the best games of all time.
