I propose you come to Chicago for C2E2 a bunch of people from the arcade are already planning on going, pretty sure I'll be going too. Then you go to Final Round and get both things covered. Boom, problem solved.

Why not just do away with on site registration? I mean I know having it makes the numbers higher and all, but it will also get players' asses in gear to pre register. Harsh but effective.
