Why not just do away with on site registration? I mean I know having it makes the numbers higher and all, but it will also get players' asses in gear to pre register. Harsh but effective.

Because WB had 47 pre regs and the tourney had 80 total entrants

the problem is that people might not know about the tournament before the preregistration date is over or do not know if they can attend or can not pay the fee before hand for various reason

I get that. My first tournament was done at the door. But that was because I never FG tournaments existed until after it's deadline. (went to FR 2012 after only a month of getting into FGs lol)

But these guys that never do it, why can't they? Even they're confirmed to go. But you're right, we can't do away with it completely, that is dumb.

I get that. I even said I get that in my previous post. Yeah doing away with it completely is dumb for that reason alone, but if you're comfirmed for a tournament then why not pre-register? I just don't get it.
