I'm sure he was outplaced by Jupiter in a tournament and Jupiter actually won it and beat him in a mirror match but i guess that wasn't a major and was some kind of local/regional. DJT is a 7 despite him not appearing that much since EVO and you yourself are a 7 after doing well in one tournament whereas mr aquaman and some others have way more consistency but i guess only the majors count

Why is REO higher than Jupiter?

Simple. While Jupiter may be the current superior MMH REO is a legend in the MKC. This is not simply a ranking of how good a player is, it's their props value in the MKC.

LOTF is worth a 2. Has only recently returned to IGAU. Has slight value for being a known associate of Pig of the Hut.

Rocky has no value because he should never be scalped, his fur is only for petting.

Starcharger has a value of 4. Like Ra Helios, has some value for being Rebelloed and matchup policing. Catwoman is almost completely dead as a tournament character so you can become a top Catwoman through Rebelloing.
