Best rushdown in the game is what dat dog is all about if it makes you more salty he has a infinite block string on glacius.

It hurts me to say this because I have always been the type of player that wants games to evolve and get figured out before calling for nerfs but the dog is kinda scrubby right now.

If you have been watching the Cdjr or Fchamp stream you know what I am talking about, 17+ level SW players don't even let you move at all.

Check out the first match, the dude is not even good and he complety destroyed AcidGlow's Jago.... And this is not even close to what I have experienced and witnessed!

So what do you guys think?

Still too much is going unpunished and being under utilized (especially shadow counter) to say any one char is OP. Im sure many glacius players say sadira is op while sabre is fine. Right now people are just saying a char is OP if they are having trouble against them

sabre need his dash with more recovery frames, BOOM FIXED

It's already 21 frames.

If it becomes just a few frames longer, Sabrewulf loses his only chance to actually cross up the opponent with the dash.

In order to get a TRUE 50/50 with the dash, the Wulf player needs to do a throw, then walk back to a distance where it is unclear whether Wulf will dash in front or behind, and then dash. Between the walking and the dash, it's only just fast enough to get in the meaty attack on wakeup.

That's the only time dash works as a true cross up. Every other time, just react to the 21 frame animation.

I have no problem vs Jagos windkick, with glacius I use shadow puddle punch, most of the times I use LP hail and release it as soon as windkick hits me and get a full combo. I can also Jump back MK.

With SW you can punish HK Windkick with shadow regged edge cause windkick is -5 on block.

My point is there are options, I find jago very strong but not bc of the windkick but thats a whole new OP thread lol.

Second highest damage ouput.

One of the best air normals in the game+ an air throw which you can follow up with a small juggle.

Safe full screen slide that goes under fireballs and gets a full combo.

An overhead move, a crouching MK and a special move that ignores croching hits.

High-low mix ups that while are a little bit slow have a good range and can be made safe with IM, etc etc?

I CAN'T DEAL WITH MIX UPS, CHARACTER TOO GUD.

Any rushdown character with this combo system is going to be broken because you're constantly put into a 50/50 where the risk/reward for more damage is extremely in the attackers favor.

I honestly don't even know where people get that Sadira beats Glacius. You can literally just hold a hail and j. roundhouse and she can never touch you as long as you space yourself right. Once you knock her down you can just meaty her to death with hail setups into unblockables. The only time it sucks is when she gets instinct, and all you have to do then is run away and block for like 10 seconds, which is what you have to do against pretty much everyone else all the time anyway.

I watched AcidGlow make a bunch of serious "no" decisions in the first match. The first one was trying to throw a fireball at Saberwulf, the second one was swinging after a blocked wind kick. Also, he didn't shadow counter any of Saberwolf's block strings and didn't optimize his damage after lock outs.

AcidGlow may be a great player, but this isn't him playing at his best.

Also, Dr. Dogg is a smart Wolf.

Just because this is TYM doesn't mean we need to make a bunch of shitty "NERF PLS" threads.

I don't need to watch online wolf players, I play SuperArcade's FRQ Steeve regularly and I've played Maximilian. As a Jago player - you have to shadow counter his magic series and you have to get in that ass. You have to maul Wolf and outright disrespect him. Like fighting Rufus in AE. This is the advice that Jwong gives everyone and if you implement it; you'll find success.

I'm getting really tired of the defeatist attitude in the FGC.

From this point forward any further comments from me will be along the lines of "Saberwolf is OP as fuck. Everything he has is an infinite. No point trying. One character game."
