Okay so I'm learning this IV EV stuff and I just caught a Zygarde with the following:
Docile: 30 - 31 / 30 - 31 / 31 / 31 / 19 / 10 - 11
So that is that 4 perfect IV's? Although the Docile nature is neutral?

If by any chance, anybody has a male poke in the water 1 or monster egg group with the exact ivs as 31/0/31/31/31/31 (preferably slowpoke) or a female slowpoke with the same IVs with regenorator. I can offer some really good stuff for it.
