Wrong, he is probably told that is the rules on the stream station by the EVO staff. Offcast/levelup (forgot which one was doing mk stream) don't give two shits about blood and fatality. Honestly if I was them and you said that I would be like "Ok, you can have your fatality and your dying game. I'll just take MK off my streams"
