It's most likely still in some beta form, but I remember reading about this a while back... if this works like he has promised, then it will be more like ggpo/2df which is pretty damn good in terms of online play.

Trying this out now with LuckyDay...just tried out NBA Jam.

Aside from the connecting issues (takes forever to load everyone in), the latency is sooooo low. There's a few random hiccups, but everything responded when I wanted. Holy shit. It's awesome.

Ok guys (sorry THTB I dropped connection, but I'm coming back).

We tried this out for a while tonight.

UMK 1.2 was successfully played by a few with mixed results, but keep in mind this is still a work in progress.

I didn't personally play UMK, but I played NBA Jam (which has a smaller rom size, which helped it connect easier for us), but I can say the promise is very good with this software. NBA Jam ran pretty much flawless when our connection was good. And booted up easily and had all the features you would expect.

Come into the program and check it out when you can. But don't expect everything (including UMK) to be up and running immediately. There are still a LOT of things to work out.

It's a long way off GGPO quality as far as fighting games go, but it's heading in the right direction.

What this needs is a lot of us to get on board, and find bugs, tell the developer (who was in chat with us all night) about the problems and to keep the feedback coming.

This guy is very knowledgeable about what he's doing, and he seems like he will be able to help us out in getting it working well with UMK.

Since my last post I tested a couple other games. Played some Xmen vs. Street Fighter, MK2, and played all the way through Captain America and the Avengers, and played 1942.

I don't think this is anywhere near replacing Kaillera yet. There is good play, but it becomes desynced on occassion (only once in MK2 when I played), and there is some stuttering that would really affect competitive games rather than co-op ones.

But I think with some work it could definitely replace Kaillera in the long run. Just having someone who is willing to fix the bugs and work with the feedback is extremely important.

In the little bit of time I was playing the dev was already taking ideas and adding things to his 'to-do' list. So we'll see big progress on this soon.

Hi guys

I can't find any online players on the PC version of this game. I can play those who are on my friends list by inviting them or them inviting me, but when I go to the rooms its all zeros and I never connect to anyone through the ranked matches.

Any of you guys know anything about this? I tried to google it but couldnt find anything.

Apparently there is some sort of bug for several people, which cause "0 people in rooms". Quite similar to that one present in MK on PC.

Never had it thou in any of those, works fine for me. I see people in rooms + ranked works quite well. Try messing with your visual settings (try auto-configure), dunno if this gonna help, worth trying thou.

I just bought a kick ass video card and injustice runs like butter and looks incredibly better than ps and xbox

I ONLY use hitbox on PC so expect personal growing pains lol

I can't find you on steam man, the player search is really stupid it doesn't return the results correctly most of the time. Can you try to add me? "braindead2009"

I have the same issues when it comes to the lobby rooms or trying to get a match on rank. It drives me nuts that I thought this would be the best version of Injustice yet we have all these online issues and if you ever try to do a VS game with a friend (Local not online) and have different controls then the default the game changes your buttons every time you return to the character select screen. At least that's an issue i been having which makes playing this with my friends a pain in the ass.

I also have a good videocard which can run this game on the max settings in single player mode plus a brand new 8core AMD CPU (4.3 ghz). The few times I have played online the connection was bad even though i saw the other players speed was good. Kinda annoys me that I have to worry not only about internet lag now but also if someones pc can't run the game (which will lag the game like MK9 on PC) & finally hoping to find a player to play. I have better luck finding a game on MK9 for PC which has empty rooms a lot of the time also and most players besides Mike I see are not in the US.
I tried to play Mikemetroid after the last patch on pc and i couldn't connect to his game at all. I have to try it again sometime. I thought maybe it was a router issue but i haven't found anything online about forwarding any ports and i don't have this issue with any other of my steam games. I think I am going to end up buying injustice when I get a PS4 and hope their online is not as bad a PC being they were both ported by the same company (High Volatage i think is their name).
