I'm thinking it has something to do with not being the first opener of the combo, thus the ender doesn't receive the properties normally associated with an ender right from an opener.

Another thing that's strange is that there is a window at the end where it can register HP+HK as an attempt at a combo breaker but you will get a yellow exclamation point as if it is breakable but you just mistimed it.

just to point out something, and nice find btw... sometimes the dummy doesn't break all, it happens to me alot.
try this in actual match, or help of a buddy to make sure.

I recorded the AI doing the combo and tried to break it myself. I couldn't break it.

Yes. It's done the same way except you do neutral jump HKs.

Instead of web spin web spin... it seems she can link spins together by jump canceling them to get the same damage (with 2 bars of course).

it might be a 1 chance break... idk.
When I get home i'll record and post it up.

Def. something to spread around. Ridding all un-breakables like this should be a priority i'd think.

over 40 percent unbreakable, 67 percent off a naked spin.

If you confirm from a combo, it's en entire bar.

She is not OP at all. Sabrewulf and Thunder are far worse. Glacius also has a ton of crazy bullshit. And btw did you know Orchid has a 50% true unbreakable?

they removed that unbreakable from what i'm told..... instead of her ichi ni san being a "special" they're know openers on the 2nd go around..... which would prevent the unbreakable.

This is simple an unbreakable of openers that can get up to 40% and a 1 chance 60 something percent.
Simply jump canceling the spin with no web is how to do it ....
