When it comes to trait, I usually just try to wait it out and block the 50/50. Then again, I haven't fought a good zod yet either.

That's not true, every risk scorpion takes is always in the opponents favour, if he guesses right he gets minimal damage, if he guesses wrong he loses maximum damage. You can literally let a Scorpion player kill themselves.

Especially considering his overhead from the 5050 can be blocked on reaction.

Go to playing to wins youtube channel. And go to one of the videos where hes streaming with perfect legend, m2dave and THTB. PL still plays scorpion, and he still is sick as hell with him. Now im not saying scorpion is broken at all, but if higher tier players still have trouble against him hes not a piece of shit like everyone says.

Edit: And this is from late October so dont say its pre-patch.

I dont understand how you left out Aquaman. The concept of the character alone makes him unstoppable. He has no bad MUs, a get out of combo free card, a fucking 8 ft trident in his hand and excellent counter zoning capabilities. Yes Zod and MMH are top 5, but I believe Aquaman rules all.

I accidentally voted Nightwing, but my vote is for Zod. After all the glitches he had, I wouldn't be shocked if he had a string or something that leaves his trait out for the whole match

50/50 is not the same as completely inescapable. You can block them...they have amazing vortexes but you can get out of them as they are 50/50 not 100% inescapable. Not saying its ever going to be easy, but its never going to be inescapable unless something changes on how they handle wakeups. As for Batman and Scorpion you need a LOT of meter and calling anything that requires someone have full bars to pull off game breaking is a bit of a stretch for this game...especially with 2nd round clashes on any of these playing hell on meter.

Dont get me wrong, some folks have great stuff and its powerful, but I dont see any of it as game breaking until it becomes inescapable completely or just plain cheap enough on meter to perform without it being so situational. Stage related things I dont even count as they disappear at the stage select screen and are the most situational of all. Zod has the most potential given he has a trait that appears behind you to mess with the block system and it can use grabs to setup crazy stuff, but the fact that it has so much cool down to get his trait back is what makes me veto even him. You just wont have it enough to do it.

If this community dealt with Kabal for two years, they're sure as fucking shit not banning anyone in this game. That about answers that question.

On another note, though, MMH is the future king of this game, no buts about it. Aquaman may be reigning supreme at the moment and probably won't move much himself, but people will come to see how fucking stupid a truly complete MMH is.

Every time somebody downplays that green fucker, I want to push their eyeballs in with my thumbs.

F2 has no followups, f2d does and the buff still makes it whiff on half the cast. Bane has always broken armor at lvl 3, but so does martians mbb3 lol.

I've always argued that Bane is an awesome character, and that's prepatch. But people gotta realize he didn't get buffed into the high heavens. We got more situationals, and gladly took them.

Followed by the debuff which makes sure I'm only going level 3 if I have health + meter advantage so I gain the most. How many MU's did it change? None.

F.2 didn't get any safe follow ups. It's still -20 on block. If you're talking about f.2.d.3, that move should have been safe anyway. It's still nothing important outside of actually having a decent advancing move.

Armor crush was here since day one, how long have you played this game?

EDIT: don't let me forget to add how if you clash me on debuff and I win, you take LESS damage than you normally would. You know, a nearly game breaking issue where you can make me waste meter and do less damage than I should.

Yea I can agree. Because Bane seems so daunting at first, once you know the shennanigans it comes down to he's like most characters in this game. Upside and downside. Just so happens venom debuff is the worst downside in the game, which makes up for our insanely overpowered trait.
