its not based on ratio at all. I've seen some low 30s who are almost .500 win/loss. Its rare, but happens. If true skill level is based upon win/loss ratio then it's flawed because people fight themselves for rank points. Nah bruv, look at ma lvl yo
You should give some people a shot in the 26-29 range, some of them are surprisingly good. Worst comes to shove just play one or two and get out of there. Only time to accept anything lower, so its fun for either person or good practice, is to use some other character you are trying to develop. But no low people accept you once you get higher so its hard to do even that online.I actually deny people under 29-30. But I just know they're either going to get bodied, rage quit or quit after one round. I have no idea what my TS is it varies between 31-33.
As a Wii U player I don't even know what trueskill rank is...Anyone notice the higher your trueskill rank the longer it takes to find a match, as in everyone declines you?
Who normally declines you? do people like lvl 29 and 30 decline you?Used to be 33 TS got knocked down to 30 from picking up zatanna and scoprion. Still get declined just as much. Tried playing rank, people just rage quit.

I feel your pain :/dude EVERYONE declines me. people w more wins but less true skill. people w less wins but higher ts. usually only time i find a match is when i find someone on my FL in player matches, and thats literal. ive even had people from here decline me -_-. I play NW too, its not like i use superman or sinestro or deathstroke.
idk i feel like people are only noob hunting. cuz i found a dude who was 4k wins 3k losses. 31 TS (same as me at the time) and he declined me. ran into him 3 more times in a row and he declined everytime after. so i sent him a message asking why and he responded "your prolly too good for me"......I feel your pain :/
I dont understand why people do it.
Yeah that makes sense, I run into some who are like 31 who are not even CLOSE to as good as like a legit 28, if you always play just people a few levels lower than you and beat them then you can raise it up to a certain level... and they peak at about 31.idk i feel like people are only noob hunting. cuz i found a dude who was 4k wins 3k losses. 31 TS (same as me at the time) and he declined me. ran into him 3 more times in a row and he declined everytime after. so i sent him a message asking why and he responded "your prolly too good for me"......

After that it seems impossible to get past that 31 or so unless you actually play someone in their 30s and beat them often.
Ha yeah, you FINALLY get someone whos like a lvl 31 truskill and its like "yayyyy!" and then BAM declined.well im part of emperors, so i play A LOT of players that are sponsered or in a clan. So the level of people i play is quite high as you can guess. I lose some, i win some, so my record isnt the greatest (like 2850/2000 right now) which isnt even GREAT. ive decided to just give up on player matches and just play people from my FL over and over again. it just pisses me off and im beginning to realize its not worth the time anymore.
I wish player match would just match up by TS more, that way higher level players get matched with people of the same creed. Rather than having to get declined by 20+ newcomers and then when u find someone who you THINK is decent, get declined again. its really tiresome, so im over it lol.
Lots of people from here rage quit all the time... Even apparently good players like Emperor Menzo... in the past he'd just get on his mic and start yelling at me after my Bane beats him, which is at least funny...but today he just started rage quitting .Serious note: Ask players for matchs, inv random GT you see on TYM.
yah I can understand that. I dont mind a 21 not playing. But I see WAY too many 28-30s declining me, even when im like at 34.It's the game's fault for matching you with scrubs in the first place.
I am sorry guys but nobody likes to get their ass relentlessly beaten. Sure there are stat padders but there are tons of legit people who know that a 30+ trueskill match is nothing more than a one-way ticket to a 2 and out combo exhibition. I'm terrible at the game (21 trueskill) and I decline anybody higher than 26+ because, from experience, I know I don't learn a damn thing and I don't enjoy it. Shame on anybody who thinks that someone else should pay money to get their ass kicked by random people who are clearly way better than them.
The winning player is denied XP that they earned when the opponent quits at any point before XP is awarded, so it counts as a rage quit IMO.A quit doesn't count as an rq if it happened during a cinematic to end the match or after the ____wins imo
If I learned something I would play a 30. That's not what happens. The only thing I learn is what it feels like to eat 6 BnB combos and die.yah I can understand that. I dont mind a 21 not playing. But I see WAY too many 28-30s declining me, even when im like at 34.
Do you even just like play just one match just to see and learn some stuff? One match only takes like 30 seconds nay?
The main thing that one can and should learn from playing vastly better players is defense and patience. If I learned something I would play a 30. That's not what happens. The only thing I learn is what it feels like to eat 6 BnB combos and die.
