Did you guys notice that sometimes the mb b3 doesnt get that buffed damage ? you can see it in this video too....this is a bit stupid..

It only gets the buffed damage if you don't absorb a hit. If you adsorb an attack, you lose half the damage of said attack but don't get the buffed damage on the MB B3. If you do not absorb an attack, the MB B3 does more damage.

I wouldnt say AM vs Grundy is bad for AM at all. What a weird thing to say. I think Theo only got beat here because he didnt figure out that he shouldnt FTD while Grundy was so close.

You lose the damage buff if you take the hit of armor

you're basically trading 50% more damage for the hit.

very impressive 2 week Aquaman Theo. Slayer and Tyrant also looking good.

really quick note to elaborate on Godspeed's commentary regarding the Aquaman vs. Grundy match up if i may.

basically, any character with good oki/rush down can give Aquaman problems due to lack of mobility, wake ups and spammable projectiles.

some of this showed when most of the time, Theo's Aquaman couldn't get up off the ground due to Tyrant's strong oki with Grundy.

fighting Grundy is instantly better with superman b/c of mobility, zoning ability, f2 space control check, excellent wake up attacks and TRAIT. for these reasons, it is much easier for Grundy to lock down Aquaman than Superman.

It might be if the character had anything else. But take away Grundy WC and WCC and he would gegt murdered by a good portion of the cast. There are a lot of ways to get around WCC anyway.

Good great and awesome show Tyrant. I played toms aquaman sooooo many games the other night. The way he uses him against Grundy is 100% different than the way theo used him. If Grundy dosnt beat him then at the MINIMUM it is 5-5 IMO.
