Blind_Ducky wins Capitol Fight District! 10/12/13

Gone are the dark times of VSM. Back in the early days of MK9, they were the only scene to watch for the most part. As time passed and we all leveled up, more scenes got their due. Fast forward to Injustice, and it's even more apparent. Scenes like Atlanta and Virginia get their locals and regionals streamed and discussed. SoCal's WNF is watched weekly religiously. I'm writing this not because it's the first Capitol Fight District event, or is it Blind_Ducky's first tournament win. That's far from the truth, I can't even count how many he's taken. I'm writing this because we've had a talented scene here in NorCal for a long time, but we do a terrible job at both hyping ourselves up and giving ourselves exposure. Before winner's finals, me and Ducky made a deal where who ever ends up taking the tournament, the other gets to make a thread for the purpose of exposure. I am now the one making the thread, and with great pleasure I might add
