MK9 Evo Champions Matches at NEC?

To the best of my knowledge there will be a MK9 tournament at NEC.
2time backtoback Champion Carl "Perfect Legend" White will be in attendence at the very least for the games of his choice. Denzel Terry will be in attendence playing NRS games.
The Westcoast as well as GGA/ ATL/ Canada/ Pallet Towners/ and my free ass will be there too.

As it stands now MK is considered dead, dropped for a new NRS game that those originally attracted to MKs style have not entirely conformed to. If the game is not to see a revival in 2014 then the title of true MK9 champion should be settled.

Two Evo winners, each with claims of legitamacy who will win and what should be the stakes?
