is it wrong that i play Online so i can make people Rage, because i i get actual kicks off rage messages haha

i really pissed this dude off before, they he got 2 of friends to message me too,

This is where it gets interesting. Not pushing buttons to do kombos, but pushing buttons to psych the other player. Like you said, you do it because you can get away with it. People may not really know each other, but in an Online environment, the same people play each other day after day after day.

Lol, I'm an Ares main and the only "hatemail" (I don't even know if you could call it that) I ever sent was to a Nightwing player I bodied that said "That's what you get for playing Damian Wayne, [ban incoming]." Chances are you're not fighting any good Ares main if they send you hatemail. Same goes for really anybody who plays a specific character. Community members who are good usually know better.

I don't have a problem with the rest of your post and I agree that sore winners are the worst part about the online community, but if you quit the match early you lose the right to bitch about hatemail as far as I'm concerned. Besides, if you've lost because you got hit by a super it would probably do you some good to spend a few seconds reflecting on why you got hit with it before you try and jump into the next match.

I've got the point where on friday nights I like to play a little drinking game. Its simple: every time I make someone rage quit and/or I get hatemail, I take a shot. Sadly I don't get that much ragemail though...probably because I don't use a top tier.

Don't stress it. I'm like you in a few ways, sometimes I quit cause i dont want to waste time and I don't give a fuck what anyone thinks. They think I'm rage quitting but I'm really not so when I get a message I ignore it. If NRS didn't want you to quit then they wouldn't put the option there. I love it when I'm playing one more match before I have to do something and if I know I'm not going to win I just shut it off and leave and the next time I sign in i see all this hate mail and most of the time I don't even remember the guy. Who cares and deal with the stupidity

I was going to ask if you wanted to be friends( being that I'm an online warrior at the moment) but your just as bad as the rest of the trash that rage quit and complain at the whole community over a couple people who perfected you. Chin up bra and don't be rage quitting

Hey, is it just me or has anyone else noticed a sharp drop in the quality of online play since 1.06 dropped? Damn near every single freaking game for me is frustratingly laggy. At first I just assumed it was due to an influx of returning players thanks to the new patch, but even the people I've fought before with reasonable connections are laggy as hell. I've checked my router and run speedtest and everything seems to be alright.

EDIT: well, seems like it is just me then. Great....now I gotta figure out what the hell is up with my connection.

EDIT EDIT: Problem disappeared....not sure exactly what it was, but everything returned to normal a while ago. Only editing this thread cause someone linked me here for some reason.

I feel like online play quality got much better for me actually. It responds to my inputs. In fact, I might have a few "why not" matches online now because of the increased quality.
