lol agreed. i am a huge driving games fan and was disappointed in the SR3 driving, and gta5 driving is supposed to feel like racing game mechanics. but ill be the judge of that.
Any chance you play iracing? I'm a huge forza fan *no longer have 360* but I have gt5 which is complete ass and gt6 looks like it will be another half assed game. I'm getting a xbox one for forza 5.
I can get into them pretty deep if they are good. Forza Horizon was alotta fun. Sucks you no have Xbox anymore.
I only like Sims, I won't play NFS and I suck at rally racing. I only liked Horizon for the playground games; I prefer to race on real tracks. I hated in Horizon how I would be driving fast, hit some little bump and go in to a tree, oh and those damn concrete wall bushes! Do you plan on getting Forza 5? It looks amazing especially with the driveatar.
Forza 5 is one of the only reasons I want XboxOne lol. i think KI will suck and I really, really, really fuckin hate Pay to play games.
That's the whole reason I'm getting a Xbox one, Everything about Forza is amazing, I just wish I was good at tuning =/ Main reason I'm staying in the mx-5 rookie section of iracing even though I got my D license haha *plus other series need tracks that cost extra*
no i havent played iracing. i just checked it out and i see a membership fee so i would have to consider it. i was thinking about getting Grid 2. what do you think of that game? or what about the Dirt series of games?
If you don't have a wheel and pedals than iracing isn't for you. I have a fanatec csr wheel and pedals...I plan on saving up for a racing rig to properly mount them, I really want a obutto ozone. Most likely I will have to buy a new fanatec wheel for xbox one, but I don't mind, I've been eyeing the csr elite wheel for some time now since it has an additional motor and it feels amazing.
A website said iracing wouldn't work on my computer, but it does work perfectly on lower graphics, but to try it out i found a Cadillac code that I signed up for and I got 3 months free!!! This game is only playable on a wheel though. If forza 5 wasn't coming out I would be playing iracing a ton more. Eventually I may switch between the two since you can renew your membership and everything is saved for you.
any ps3 racing games your a fan of?
I've only tried Gran Turismo, barely remember it as a kid, but as most people know it was the best...Gran Turismo 5...where is the career mode...the game is just awful, you don't know half of the cars unless you spend your time in the used car lot....I was expecting GT6 to be a massive fix to all of this, but it seems to be just as bad. You can crash in GT and act like it was nothing, I really don't understand how people consider it a racing sim....
that game looks awesome!!! im not to keen on paying monthly to play a game, but if i had a graet racing setup i would be reconsidering getting a membership. i really like the really style on games. i like the drifting aspect of of dirt and the gymkhana. (thats spell check, i dont know how to spell it)
