I'm tagging everyone that I can think of that I've met throughout my (almost) two years of travelling and competing.

This is Indiana's yearly FGC event. Naptown Clutch II holds a special place in my heart, because it was when I met a lot of the GGA guys for the first time. It was also the event where I was decisively humbled in MK 9. Most of all, it's the place that I like to think of as the beginning of my journey of travelling and competing seriously.

From what I've been told, the NRS games will have their own party room to themselves. I'm guessing that Top 8 or 16 matches will be held in the theater room that the venue has, but again I'm just making assumptions. I'm hoping that have more information within the next few weeks.

Think of this as Indy's Frosty Faustings, but with more space. And a live DJ. (that last sentence is not a joke)

Thanks for the invite pimp! You going to TFC? I've got a bunch of secret Bruce tech to show you.

I'll try to coordinate a trip up there for this since there's nothing else going on around that time.

I'm buying a bus in October so hopefully the whole 32 AK fellas can tag along.

No TFC for me, unfortunately.

Also, your scene is up to 32 people now? Damn, I am envious.

I should be there I might not play mk a lot anymore but it would still be fun, 360, ps3, or pc?

Well that blows man. Hopefully we can kick it in Indiana then.

I know we are fortunate to have a good scene. It's actually larger than 32 believe it or not. Thirty-two is merely the number of guys with AK next to their name that come over and train weekly, essentially the team. There's a lot more people that will attend Battle n Brew but never come over to my place.

Like I tell a lot of people, anytime you meet people in your area that like the game wether they're scrubby or not just get their number and start trying to build your scene one guy at a time. AK Harold for example was a guy that we all bodied the first time we met him at Battle n Brew when Injustice was first released. After I played him, we exchanged numbers and I told him to come over to my house and train with us and now he beats the brakes off of all of us.

Anyway I will definitely try to get AK over there. We all love the GGA guys so I don't think it'll be too hard to get everyone on board.

Damn. I hope this keeps getting bumped. It would be awesome if a lot of people from different scenes could make it out to give MK another dance

Yeaaahhhh buddy.

Actually, I wanted to talk to you Chicago folks and gauge any potential interest for you guys staying at my house the Friday before. Because I know that the MK pools start at Noon, which would mean that you guys would have to be on the road hella early. If you guys are going to our next Godlike Saturdays in October, I'll talk to you guys about it then. Just wanted to give you guys a little notice on that.

Also wanted to talk to you guys about the "Injustice Exhibition". Nolber originally thought about making it a Team Chicago vs. Team Indy thing, but we honestly don't have enough Injustice players in our area for that, lol

For that early start....that may be a good idea...we will discuss

Talk to your guys. At the last godlike, there were more Indy entrants than Chicago. It may not be all SoT, but I think there were enough.

But if Atlanta comes up, the idea of a Team Chicago vs. Team Atlanta bout sounds really awesome to me. It would definitely provide better competition than Chi vs. Indy.

I mean.....LBSH.....I'd run a train through all ya'll.

Edit: Or even Team Midwest vs. Team South, if we end up having a TON of players to represent both regions.
