Yeah. Most top players think that high execution characters = trash in this game because you can just pick Superman. I don't agree with that is what i'm trying to say
i think all he needs is a better walk speed, more trait chances & his old Mr. J voice back
i feel as though his overall game plan isn't at least half way solid. you either go crazy or get mauled sometimes

Lol the moment I played Lex in the demo I thought he'd be bottom tier.
Not really hate more being low on the tier list. Cheeseburger's Joker was really good. A shame that he was beat in Evo by a Hawkgirl who spammed Hawkgirl's trait. '-_-
