Gotta give this thread a little bumpity wumpity just cuz
I do have a question tho for the Hit Box guys or any other users. I'm noticing in the lab that when I do basic motions like quarters circles and such, I get the diagonals. I was under the impression that with the HitBox that wasn't supposed to happen if I was using it properly. Am I pressing the buttons too hard (thereby leaving my fingers on the buttons longer due to the force) or just being sloppy due to inputting too fast? I have problems like when doing Catwoman's B12d3 I'll get a bd diagonal input which sometimes give me an armored b3 cancel (which steals 2 bars of meter BTW....) because with the "MK" inputs, the game reads the diagonal as a second back input which is what triggers the cancel.
Also, I saw over on SRK a little discussion about the decision to go hard-wired. I personally favour this. I don't like the idea of jacks that wear and get loose over time (especially if you are a frequent traveler) and slipping out during a match.
Anywho, it was great to meet you guys at EVO and I hope to be able to do it again next year (I was the guy that wouldn't shut up ).
