New Killer Instinct Pricing Schemes & Initial Roster Size (UPDATED!)

My info are that they already confirm the presence of Cinder, Spinal and Fulgore.
So, for the initial roster we have: Jago, Sabrewulf, Glacius, Thunder, Cinder, Spinal and Fulgore and another DLC.

The roster is too small.
Doesn't cover the first Killer Instinct at the moment.
It's a shame!

Are people really that mad over eight initial characters? Seriously? Quantity of characters is not important, varieity in playstyle and how well done they are should hold precedence, and so far the three characters we've seen are very very very well done.

And the first Killer Instinct has more char.

"$20. That gets you all eight characters and their colors. We have some unlocks, some more special than others." At launch, you'll get the six launch characters, with the other two unlocking automatically when they become available.

They also want to do a season pass every year.

I was really looking into this game more because it looked awesome. I didn't play the originals and won't act like I did but I wanted to play this game. That is not the case anymore. I feel like Microsoft really pushed this to be a launch title though and that may cause problems with roster size and etc. Still I hope the game is great and hopefully it won't feel like a rushed product.

My bet was 8 Chars at Launch. Id rather play with 6 (8) chars than wait another year. Still hyped

What a waste. Microsoft murders KI's cause they have dick else to show for launch exclusives. Ask Skullgirls and SFxT how much fun it is trying to coax your audience back to the table a year later when your game is actually finished.

imo its not the roster number or price that bother me. Just the fact that they are trying to sell a new console to fighting game enthusiasts using this franchise and f2p. they should go all out and give us a complete game not piece by piece over time. If they released this on 360 I would be down.

In an ideal world, each year we'll see a new season with new content that fits into one game.

Conclusionpensive game that has no end,content that takes months to be produced making the game even more expensive.
