Balance Suggestions: Perfect Legend, M2Dave, Forever King, THTB and PLAYING TO W1N

All the suggestions at the top are fantastic.

I hope we see a patch that looks very much like this.

I like how it recognizes that DeathStroke was an issue at the casual level, but not high level play; while acknowledging that it is still very important to make sure casuals aren't ignored- as they are the main source of funding for these games.

Make Superman take increased damage, reduced speed, and decreased damage during trait recovery. Sounds like a fair balance

I have heard some fools claim that we are biased because we are only buffing "Console Combat characters", which is 100% false.

If you look at my suggestions, I have nerfs for Black Adam (my cousin's characters) and Batman (King's and Perfect Legend's character).

who can block and throw projectiles at the same time and always has a free in...? how does holding downback and throwing projectiles and getting a free crossup or dash in feel? how does it feel when that "free in" comes from a character top 3 in rushdown and top 3 in zoning and can go from one corner to the other in one combo depending on stage and always do 40% min. Oh wait you can always switch back to the other corner. prob feels good... not even going to mention b23.

The point of that isnt to show how op batman is, dont change him, idc, its to show the bias of the top player thoughts on this thread

Yeah I know M2Dave and Forever king suggested buffs but the others forgot about him.

I don't know much about Supes, but I really doubt most if not all of those suggesting nerfs for Bats have even tried to play him without his trait. It pretty much makes him as good as he is in this game. His normals and strings are almost all easy to whiff and/or interrupt without bat pressure, and his zoning is based off of using bats to cover a batarang or grappling hook attempt.

However, I will concede that Bats should not be good at both zoning and rushdown, particularly based off of a 1 button special with no startup or recovery once its up. Thus I suggest the following.

-: Slower travel speed on Mechanical Bats. (More time to act before needing to block)
-: Faster fire rate on multiple Mechanical Bats. (Less time needed to block)
+: Slightly bigger hitbox on Mechanical Bats. (Takes care of Bats whiffing on certain characters in neutral crouch).

Only Lex change I wouldn't mind seeing would be for the mine to be active slightly longer. Due to it's low startup and somewhat low duration, it has very little utility in the neutral game.

bane should be able to have a chance to use raging charge and beat the zoning with armor and be able to cancel at the end so he has a chance to be up close this will at least move him to mid tier maybe
 
i disagree with this being front paged and wanna cry myself to sleep after reading this the point of flash's mb charge is it does a full combo from 3/4 screen for backdash punishment, he doesn't need a free advantage get in... god nrs FUCKED flash up from inception... such ahorrible design

supermans f2 should be 12 frames
 
Dude, I know most of people don't know that character. I know most of you only know he can do 50-60% from his trait. That's all people has in mind.

Unblokable ? What are you talking about ? His trait is only usefull for combos or gimmicks. flash can't block while using it, and his infinites are useless as long as you can pushblock. His trait is 20 fucking seconds. Which means that you only see it once per game (and pray to not drop it). The second one will get reset by waggers.

-Flash has no projectile at all.
-He has no jail string at all (yes, everything is backdashable, except d1d2)
-Everything can be duck (except d1d2 and f2, but everything coming out after his f2 can be --duck, his b22f3 whiffs on most of the cast once they crouch)
-He has shit reach despite his b2 which is 15f.
-He has only 1 mid starter : b2 (15f).
-Flash's charge is 11f from the closest reach distance. flash can't punish a DS's fireshot if he is not at the closest distance.
-Flash's jumps aren't great and his ji2 makes ridiculous reduced damage (-4% combo).
-No chip damage for being up close.
-Meter dependant, but no zoning.
-Around 25% meterless combos.
-Every specials are very and easily punishable.


I'm not saying he sucks. I'm just saying he is not top 5 and he may be not top 10 once people will figure out the matchup properly.

Flash has a lot of bad matchups like GL, WW, BA, Aquaman, Superman, HG and probably more and compare to most of the top tier, he has hard executions.
his dash is retarded, and his strings being duckable are redundant, f2 lk and d12 whatever is bs... it is a hit confirmable unreactable mixup, one off a fucking downpoke that leads to fifty percent,
