Also I am assuming you checked with NRS and they told you to cut that segment. It sucks because what difference does it really make? All that stuff is old news that will never apply to the current game. So let's say you guys discuss some crazy old tech or something that got taken out, I find it strange that NRS would care. Oh well, maybe one day you can release that discussion.

I was wrong when I claimed that Deathstroke is low tier. He is not. He is a mid tier character who has numerous losing match ups.

The General Zod discussion revolved around me claiming that REO said that Zod was "mediocre". REO never said so. I did. I still believe that Zod's zoning is mediocre, but he as a character is not, so I was wrong in that regard.

I'm extremely proud of you then M2Dave. Applause to you. You're wording things as an opinion and admitting you were wrong for past things you've said. It's like a strange dream that I don't want to wake up from. Hope it continues.

If it does you'll never see me say a negative word about you again. Remember that before you started calling everyone a fool for you're unmoving stance on things I actually respected your opinion just like everyone else's when it came to Injustice.

So three things:

1. That Glass Sword clip was bananas and all sorts of awesome (especially after hearing the backstory).

2. The show is profoundly better by leaps and fucking bounds without M2Dave. Dude just brings drama and passes off his opinion as fact at such a level that he has no business being a "community leader". Maybe he's a nice guy away from the games, but all I know is what I see/read on podcasts and forums. I mean he's just now getting around to apologizing for dumb shit that we all could give a fuck about?

3. On the positive, it's really cool to hear REO, Pig, and 16 Bit talk about actually enjoying the game again.

Side question: Who is in the running for the first character study of the Kryptonite Academy? Maybe a poll?

The thing is.. We all know Dave from before he was in his 'current persona' -- when he played MK9, was a top player with a really good Freddy, and gave people occasional grief about zoning in a humorous way. But most of the new guys only know him as he is now, where it's a bit over the top and it's nonstop; and because they weren't familiar with him before, they don't have the context for it.

There's a big difference between a guy trolling a bunch of people he knows, and trolling a brand new community of players that are serious about the game and in the midst of already-existing controversy and serious balancing talk.

At this point, it seems like it'd be awesome if people could get to know his other side as well; because he's really an awesome guy and very funny. But that's not going to happen if the only words they ever hear out of his mouth are "low shots X nerf X kano X" etc.

At this point I am hoping maybe Bit and Slips can talk some sense into him so that the community gets to know him for the lovable guy he really is.

I mean that sounds reasonable and all but it seems that without someone constantly putting Dave in check (usually it's REO, this time it was everyone) during the actual podcast, he'll go off on some tangent. He would've stirred up more retarded nonsense about Deathstroke with his "urgent message" if he wasn't muzzled right away.

to answer 16 bit yeah i got my back blown out at ect5 because i played scared, i respected everything, and i didn't really do anything, especially with 2/3 games it was ridiculous. this time however everyone can quote me, i will be giving ABSOLUTELY NO FUCKS at sj. people will get salty, and they will know how a flash player plays when no fucks are given. with that said i do have that mentality of win or go home, I've only recently came with that mentality, because you need that mentality ti win. if i sound cocky and not humble i am sorry deep down i am humble, but if start let down the intensity now, the fire within to win, how will i win? 50% of it is mental stability and if go in saying to myself i WILL win, not try, because as yoda once said, do or do not, there is not try. i have a better shot at winning. i think you all can respect that, and win or lose i will know if i tried my best or not, and thats all that matters. i don't care about the money, i'm a financial adviser lol i want the win, and am betting all the people in top 32 after pools will be too.
