*Note: I'm putting this in the Injustice session, but it applies to MK as well, or any other games you follow.

So, we're over halfway though 2013. It's been an interesting year; and certainly an excitement (and yeah, drama)-filled one. At this point in the summer, what are you favorite moments of 2013 so far? Here are mine:

SCR 2013 (What a Top 8!)
Sonic Fox at Winter Brawl
The release of Injustice
Grand finals of Civil War (what a great set)
Tyrant winning WNF
Tyrant winning WNF again with Grundy
Pretty much watching Chris G play Arrow, whenever/wherever
IGAU Top 8 at CEO
MK Top 8 at EVO
Chris G at VxG, and Dizzy at VxG
NorCal vs. Socal at WNF (looking forward to seeing this again)

Don Mattrick leaving Microsoft

PAX East 2013 (what a great hang)
That Sub Zero player in the Sub Zero costume at GUTS II (how can you not respect that)
That scorpion downplayer coming back a changed man after playing Pig of the Hut (I will probably never forger this, hilarious)

STORMS getting hype after EVO
The "f0xy.. hold dat" thread after Tyrant won SCR with Jax
The Hello Kitty Debacle and Cat's thread after Final Round
Goldfish winning 2 matches at FR (this was heartwarming)
Aris winning WNF right after Deathstroke was patched and became "Kano 2.0"
Mike Ross breaking the cage
Glass Sword evolves at BnB (last night, you probably have to see it to know why.. that WW tech)

Overall

pretty much just EVO. One of the best I've watched in a while.

- 16 Bit's popoff at M2Dave after Slips beat Tom's Aquaman with normalized Deathstroke

- MorbidAltruism becoming a top 5 all time poster in less than 2 months

- The battle of Kabals at EVO - won by a Cyrax player

- The battle of Kabals at VXG - won by a Johnny Cage player

- Sao inadvertently foreshadowing that PL is "doomed" when Scorpion gets nerfed

- The banning crusade trying to save face after Scorpion's mauling by outside FGC Green Arrow and Harley players and his subsequent nerfs by claiming they had nothing to do with it and reinforcing that it's NRS that hands out the patches. (yes, the same NRS that randomly decided after 2 months to buff all D2s)

- Zoidberg's groundbreaking MB B3 on reaction tech

- CrimsonShadow's inauguration of the East Coast defense force

Vagney's Kabal getting eliminated at Flawless Victory 2013 by a cyrax without winning a single game in the tournament after he promise us to give at least 10 flawless in the tournament.
Beating Vagney's Kabal with Skarlet 2-0 at Hit Confirm 2013, after he says that he learned the Skarlet MU and would destroy me. pretty hype.
Mahvel top 8 at Evo.
Wafflez Winning a Major with Smoke.
Street Fighter top 16 and top 8 at EVO.

my best moment of 2013 was back in April it was really hot so i rolled into a Walgreens and they had just put all Arizona tea products on sale 2 for $1. i bought like 6 arnold palmers it was tiiiiight

- Wound vs. DJT.
- Wafflez's comeback vs Gross at Final Round.
- PL vs. Gross, the runback.
- DJT at EVO.
- REO vs PL, the runback. The set wasn't anything special, but it was cool they played again and REO got the monkey off his back.

Injustice:

- REO vs. Brady in that first Grand Finals they played.
- Anything with Chris G's Green Arrow, ever.
- Slips vs. Brady.
- Foxy's WW.
- PL vs. KDZ at CEO.
- DJT vs. Chris G at EVO.
- PL vs. KDZ at VXG.
