Well, I would suggest my place for some bi-weekly casuals but it isn't always a good idea. My schedule is very random and last minute and my brother may randomly invite friends over from time to time. I'd love to join in on these weekly casuals and such.
@xDent: I believe texting would be a lot faster than msn for me. My cell phone is usually on me unless I'm at home but I would check it from time to time. If you want, you can pm me your number and we can try to get something done. I have my number posted in this thread.
Edit: I remember a place where I used to go for casuals for gaming. In YorkU, there are rooms available in Founder's College with a TV in each room. I used to go there for Smash Bros. Melee casuals and it isn't bad. The only down side is that you need to know when the rooms aren't being used and its sort of first come first serve. I never been asked if I was a YorkU student so I don't think that should matter much.
I think the only problem right now is that people are kind of skeptical on hosting casuals because we aren't familiar with each other. I think after a few tournaments that happen in Toronto, we'll be more loose about it.
