General/Other OBS|KH Rattlehead (blind Cyrax player) appreciation thread

STRYKIE

Are ya' ready for MK11 kids?!
I believe his tag here is Metalheadmk666. Just wanna give a huge shoutout to this guy for his performance at EVO today. Making it to the finals of your pool and taking rounds from Tyrant, (one of the best Jax's on the planet) is no joke.

As for Denzell who shamelessly babied him twice in the Cyrax mirror ...

Yo good job Rattlehead. I'm glad you chose to represent the finest and most swaggest character in this game.

Lol at DJT for still dropping his Rax combos.

Did I? Cat openly encouraged everyone to go all out on him. But think about how overwhelming a mirror match must be for someone who relies on sound cues, let alone Cyrax.
But aside from that, it's a joke that I'm sure everyone else will see the funny side of.
I still laughed

;)

The babies were tasteless but at least he can say he got no soft treatment. Much respect!

Scumbag DJT for the double baby in a Cyrax mirror and scumbag Tyrant for forfeiting his seed points like a dummy. Good shit to Rattlehead.

Wow a thred concerning me? I honestly did not think I would have this much impact on the community, especially after my 2 losses on stream. I was dropping everything because to be honest, I was nervous.
STRYKIE thanks a lot for the support. Also, thank you everyone else for being open to having a blind guy try out to test his skills. Throughout the weekend I didn't have access to the internet, so I had no idea that I was being supported during my matches and the messages on twitter were rolling. I got to whitness all of this when I got back home on Monday and it made me feel accepted in the MK community at last. I had an amazing time hanging out with the KH crew. They're awesome dudes and it was awesome meeting new people and specially the MK Developers.
As far as the babalities go, that tells me that he took me seriously, otherwise he wouldn't have bodied me like he did.

A lot of respect and props on you man. It was really amazing that you can play the way you do despite blind.
Much love and support for doing what you doing and do what you do.

Yeah he was inspiring. I had only tuned into the stream and the crowd were getting hype after he took a round from tyrant and I had no idea why, then I heard one of the commentators mention he was blind... So much respect to him for competing and being as good as he is! I was honestly surprised, a great cyrax player for sure. That cyrax mirror must have been a nightmare, but like you guys have been saying, it shows that DJT didn't hold back and respected him as a player. I hope to see him at more tournaments.

Thanks a bunch! It's only my love for the series and just challenging myself to do things that are supposedly beyond someone who cant see.
My attitude is, if someone tells me that I can't do something, I'm going to do the very exact same thing that I was told I couldn't do and prove them that I can.

I watched this guy play in KH casuals before I set off for Final Round and it was amazing how he managed to play. This just goes to show that no matter what obstacles stand in your way, if you want something enough, it's gonna happen. :)
