top 5 INJ players of all time day 1 to now

the big topic that is much discussed in stream chats its time for its own thread with the big questions is who are they? the most fair and the least bias way to do this is to count all top 8s and wins for each person for INJ whole life to see who are the top 5 INJ players of all time. the number 2 spot for jupes and theo is super disputable and often argued

Rico Suave won DTN, not Jupiter. Jupiter wasn't even in top 8 for that lol.

juicy means its a big topic and much can be discussed or it draws a lot of attention due to the 'juicyness' of the content like how you chew a big piece of gum its very juicy at first and you theres a lot left to chew out of it

I'm not sure why there needs to be a thread for this since it doesn't seem like there's much to debate...

Every tournament is included there so by the standards given in the thread, those are the top players.

If you really want to debate the top players, you should debate it by the current state of the game. What I would like to know is if all the top players were to enter the same tournament today, who would likely make top 8 and who would likely come out on top? The fact that Theo doesn't play anymore makes banking on him to win pretty low but I wouldn't be surprised if he just got rid of the rust and still made top 8. Lots of people say REO is one of the best because he never failed to make top 8 but in all fairness, he didn't enter many tournaments far into the games life. If he attended Evo, mlg, ufgt, ceo, and so on, I doubt he would have made top 8 in all of them. There's a lot more things to debate if the game is looked at in that way imo.

bee that list has locals being counted for points as tournaments and big tournaments like ceo missing. its botched

player like kdz should be acknowledged for the skill in placing for all eras of the game something that is very rare and not many can do

The list has basically everything. Other than CEO2013, what is it missing? It only included some of the reoccurring locals and gave points on a one time basis which I think is fine and according to the list it has:

1) SonicFox
2) Theo
3) Jupiter
4) Forever King
5) KDZ

Which is exactly the same as your list. Your argument is invalid.

Umm tbh DJT and me wouldn't have a chance at top 5 prolly anyways unless we won like every event we went to since we didn't travel that much for injustice. @HoneyBee if REO took this game as seriously as he did mk9, he'd have the results without a doubt. All top 8s and he doesn't even travel or play this game nearly like he did mk9.

I don't need players mentioning my name. It doesn't matter to me. I know where I stand in terms of accomplishments and level of skill. I'm just speaking from a logical view on what is debatable/not debatable. Saying which players are the best in terms of results from day 1 til now isn't debatable (meaning I wouldn't include myself in that list). The results are there and they speak for themselves. Deciding which players are the best in the current state of the game is debatable. I don't know why that's so hard for you to grasp.

I wouldn't argue with that. I'm sure if REO took INJ seriously, he would have had much more success. The thing is, a lot of people go on about how REO always makes top 8 despite not even playing the game and that he would continue placing top 8 without playing the game. That's what I don't agree with. If we were to look at which players are the best at this point in the games life and would make top 8 in a tournament that occurred TODAY, I'm sure you and DJT would be contenders for that while I wouldn't be so sure about REO.

I can respect this for sure, it is an interesting debate on who would place top 8 if there were let's say an evo this weekend coming up. I do like that topic of discussion for sure and we should get into that.

bee it is debatable. can you for sure say that jupes or theo are number 2? no! but of course you can bring up arguements because they have done much for the game in terms of placing for who is 2. jupes and theo get disputed all the times a lot say jupes is the number 2 best INJ player behind sonicfox but a lot of other says theo is the number 2 best INJ player behind sonicfox. the only part i will agree that is not disputable is sonicfawx because he has earned his spot for number 1 by winning the most and being super consistent. it can even be argued that maybe some can say kdz or king can be argued as 4/5 of all time because they have done things in similar fashion while kdz has won more majors king has been more consistent so it can be argued. maybe it is you who do not understands you can argue between 5 players in different ways?
