I don't think that's the new tech. That has been discussed here before and you can see Valle and Detroit going for Soul Steal round enders in EVO. And it does not last the whole match.
Only "new" thing I noticed was implenting uppercuts in his combos, but that's been seen in DB's last tourneys and he was talking about how good his uppercut was in combos for ages.

You won NEC and i tryed to see the new tech , but there was no stream and i didn't see all of your fights...............My favorite characters are Shang and Quan.........and i realy want to know what that new tech is. So would you tell us?
