Who said he isn't? It's just that putting in characters that are still alive, characters from previous games, and some completely new characters makes a bit more sense than handwaving deceased ones in IMO.
That's from storyline PoV. Not that we have some better basis for speculations...

Bo Rai cho is so on point. Whoever came up with a character off his bonce who just so happens to be a great fighter who spews and farts on people must have been having a laugh when he threw that concept out there. I mean seriously, such a random choice of things for one character but it's such a fucking awesome idea.

So i say fuck yeah bo rai cho, get that mother fucker in the game and remake him a bit to fit the dark feeling of MK X. He would be an awesome character to see remade and he has so much potential!
