I'm surprised nobody has speculated on the fatality. I think he shoots the guy twice then he puts only one bullet on his gun (unloaded after the two shots) then he russian-roulettes the guy and kills him. Now, since this is a fatality the guy is going to die... always.

That would be pretty badass: to have your enemy ALWAYS die in a 1/6 chance.
